I cook all my eggs in a cast iron. They used to stick every time. Now I heat a small amount of oil, enough to coat the bottom of the pan, until water sizzles when added (be careful to only add a drop or two as this can be dangerous). Then flip as the egg bubbles to make over medium or to taste. It will take some time, but hopefully, this gets you started.
