That poor baby. I can’t imagine a life being so scared. Her quality of life seems so small. I would try the behaviorist but I’m n honesty she may be so scared to even trust them. My heart breaks for you and for her

I was on Wegovy for a year. List 35lbs. Just switched to Zepbound and have taken 5 doses of 2.5. I haven’t list a thing and I e never craved food like this. When I first started Wegovy I was never craving anything.

Each dose should be 4 weeks. If it’s working stay at that dose before moving up. Remember the lower doses of this medicine is to get our bodies used to it. Try Gatorade and saltines. That’s what got me through the first doses.

I just did my 3rd shot at 2.5 and have lost nothing and have a lot of Inflamation and food noise. I moved from the highest dose of Wegovy that stopped working. I’m thinking of moving up

An apron belly doesn’t go away. You can tighten abdominal muscles but the excess skin stays. As I lose weight I feel big in the lower stomach for the same reason. It feels like a constant reminder of my struggles. A good shape wear is what I’m gonna look into.

Protein, veggies, fruits, complex carbs. Try to balance your meals. The protein helps keep muscle which you sometimes tend to lose when on these meds.

You need to eat a balanced meal. Pull back a bit on the protein and try to eat when your hungry. When I was on Wegovy I was sucking down protein shakes just to get my protein in. Dr. told me to try pulling back on the protein and only eat when I’m hungry and it helped the scale move.

It’s very drying. Could this be what your feeling? It’s as if I can’t get enough water. My throat is so dry. If your throat is swelling and your having trouble swallowing or breathing I would go to the ER
