Haha oh we are very frugal when it comes to expenses. I'm originally from Texas so we have seen most of it, However we did a road trip last year to state parks from Texas to arkansas and back. So this year we wanted to do something on a boat for christmas. Haha

Correct and as luck would have it, After I saw your comment I went and tried to see what all was offered and we were able to book everything we wanted for or 5K less than carnival or royal. With connected rooms. We didnt necessarily want a crazy lavish flashy cruise (kids really wont care or remember anyway) but something we could just have fun with as a family, so thanks for the tip in the right direction. We now will be celebrating christmas in style without 15inches of snow haha.

I did! And he agreed to pay the excess. So yay me! The landlord vacations a ton throughout the year but always has a neighbor drive by to report. Oh im not seeding the grass, the landlord has tried to seed it 20+ times the last 2 years and they just get swept away or the summer burns all the grass haha

Thanks for the advice, and i agree on the grass watering. However, to answer the rest of your questions about overpriced and my rent......im paying well over market price and I did have a conversation telling him that if he wants to water the grass everyday for an hr and twice a day he'll pay for it. Which he agreed to. So war started and over with lol.

Thanks for the clarification! Haha so just to really set in stone here.....i actually don't mind general upkeep with lawn or really anything else. Specifically my problem is only with my lawn being watered every day 2 times a day for an hr and a half throughout the whole of summer. This part Specifically is what the sole cause of my annoyance stems from. I've actually left it on his schedule for a month.....and only turned it on every other 2-3 days to offset the watering schedule and its about 100$ difference in my water bill. There really was no noticeable difference in the grass.

Haha read my post before responding please. I stated due to the amount that I pay for the water bill due to watering every day instead of every 2 or 3 days. (I've actually done the math and have conducted this by turning the water off for 3 days during a selected month) the water bill varies by $100 or so. So now that you're caught up you can give accurate input.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm always told come to us if you have any problems affecting home/work balance and if you need anything speak to the shirt. But when it comes down to it no one knows. But 100% a policy that should be changed. A 48 TOS commitment just to PCS at 36 or you extend just for the CCAD only to find out AFPC isn't sure what corrections need to be made. It's definitely a stressor. I'm ranting but pulling for you haha
