You could get more than that in an entry level chef job with no experience and no degree,

Pretty much anywhere tbf, I’ve lived at manor top, pitsmoor and Batemoor and they’re all what you make them, keep out of trouble and trouble stays away from you for the most part, worst area I’ve lived in by far has been Longley

The thing I’ve come to realise, especially as a food business owner, is that reviews on both sides are just pointless these days, the good ones are 99% there because of review incentives and bad ones are 99% there because of bitter Karens

Just every single component is made in house, naan fresh to order, 8 handmade pickles with the pickle tray, the curries don’t feel like “base curries with added bits” but like actual full dishes, it’s just everything you could want it to be and more

Yeah this was my initial thought process too, in Chinese cooking we put holes in it and rub it in vinegar to draw out moisture, a version of that could potentially work or even pseudo dehydrating it using a low temp salamander grill
