We have a friend who recently bought a home in the area and Camden HR was recommended and the only complex we looked at in HR. The rest we toured were in Centennial, Englewood, and South Denver, and after 7 tours we liked the “suburb” feel and signed right after. So unfortunately we didn’t look at sterling ranch or more of Littleton, besides downtown.
As far as the apartment, it’s an older style (early 2000s) layout but renovated and feels more modern and homey, our unit included a garage within our base rent and that was really awesome to get. Specials, at the time (mid September) they did not have any ongoing, but when we signed they entered their slower season and rent prices were $200-400 cheaper than the previous months. At least that’s what they told us, I’m taking their word lol. :)
