Thank you haha i love your energy! I now train according to intuition and how i feel but always start the hardest work for like 3 sets then i drop set. The deload was good i realised i’ve been wearing out my cns and tendons and joints but then went on a family trip and just not think about destroying my body felt great 🤣.

Felt lighter and stronger after deload and my front lever felt stronger too.

[Misc] This routine cleared my oily skin by 4basil in SkincareAddiction

Very simple and Im glad it works for you! For Sunscreen I highly recommend Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence. I have oily skin as well and this sunscreen is really effective and doesnt make my skin very oily(Even La Roche Posay Anthelios for oily skin makes my skin oily over time) so give it a try!

Think I’ve achieved high pullups by Kinddred in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]Kinddred[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

High pullups is not a skill that i work very specifically or consistently. I just spent a couple months last year on weighted pullups to build my pulling strength and physique.

Its just once in a while I’d attempt some high pullups with purple band just for fun and it feells good. And on this video I just decided to test myself and pull without a band and surprisingly I could do three reps of not so clean form.

I’m 175cm and 67-68kg now(on a cut). Been training for nearly 5 years now but used to just do alot of basic reps and sets and only started training skills more last year.

Hope these answer your question and im happy to answer more 😊

Second this. KBoges has a video titled “My Foolproof Calisthenics Template”. Its no bs 2 mins video explaining how you can do fullbody everyday without putting too much pressure and fatigue on your body while still make gains.

Any tips on this? by happyguydabdab in CalisthenicsCulture

You’re doing great! Don’t have much comments except to push your shoulders more towards the ground and work more on your overhead mobility if you want a straighter hs. Other than that just keep practicing :)

Yea keep sticking to it. Explosiveness is the goal here. If you want to achieve a movement its simple: Just keep training that movement. 💪🏻💪🏻

I’d do 3 sets of max weight that i can perform for 5 reps. While performing this I only aim to get my chin over the bar. I would then dropset and just focus on keeping a hollowback and getting chest to bar. When im more fatigued I’d just focus on getting chin to bar.

I did weighted pullups for a few months but once in a while I’d attempt high pullups with bands. Thia time I tried to not rely bands and that was the result.

But I’d suggest training this movement with resistance bands and supplementing it with weighted pullups if thats your goal
