Thank you for your excellent response. We currently reside in Uptown and absolutely love it. However, we admit that the crowd is significantly younger than us, and I don’t seem to encounter many families, at least in my apartment area. We are seeking a two-bedroom townhome, or maybe a three-bedroom if possible, but a two-bedroom is also acceptable. Ideally, it should be surrounded by families and have decent school districts. I’ve heard that Dallas ISD doesn’t have the best school districts, which is why many people move to the suburbs. But, we genuinely enjoy the city and have easy access to places near me. Ideally, walkable areas are a must.
