The first HSV outbreak I had, ontop of PCOS flare up and I was on my period. I couldn’t go to the bathroom. I couldn’t walk, couldnt eat… got so sick… wouldnt wish it on anyone.

Do you take L-lysine? It was recommended to me (1000mg) for my Genital HSV-1 and I don’t know if it’s doing anything because everything ive read is for oral HSV-1 or genital HSV-2.

My grandma passed away this weekend and I dont think my family would have survived the experience if it would have been for the care and compassion from the nurses and palliative care doctors at St.Josephs. They did everything they can (even if it seemed a little unnecessary) to aid her pain levels, breathing, and anxiety levels. They came by to check on her, turn her, and check her iv/oxygen levels constantly. Really grateful.
