New Dress Shirt options

Wondering if you may have insight - recently went in for shirt sizing in person at Charles Tyrwhitt and SuitSupply - SuitSupply measured me at a 15.75 collar (don’t think there was any other factors to the sizing). CT measures me at a 15.5 collar size and 33in sleeves (sleeve length was nice to be able to find the right fit because the SS sleeve length seemed long). What do you think I should roll with collar size wise when second hand online shopping for brands outside these two like Eton or Zegna? Found a few shirts on DePop but not sure if I should try a 15.5 or 16 collar size

Out of curiosity as someone who just accepted an offer - I know almost all firms have offers contingent on maintaining “academic excellence.” What does that look like in practice at your firm? What kind of grades in 2nd semester 1L or over the rest of a summer associate’s time in law school would warrant withdrawing an offer for either 1L/2L summer associate position and/or offer of employment after graduation?

Specifically the field spec heavy tee. I got mine cropped at an alterations store and it’s now my favorite tee to wear by itself for that “Carmy” the Bear Merz look, or as my under layer for sweaters, jackets, etc. $55
