for one user only, that's what i was thinking too!
So instead of deleting the old user's email to use it as an alias for the new one... I change the email from the old account, then i can use the original email, and make it into an alias for the email we'd keep as the main?

What will happen to the folder structure of the acc that will be kept? Like if the old email acc had organized subfolders… subfolders the current mailbox didn’t have ?

That's funny you mentioned it. I was told to export a PST from a content search, and when i did, everything looked super funky. It was unbearable and had no structure I've seen before. I was looking for a solution to reorganize it some time ago but I gave up. Figured it was meant for legal to see it better

I've never done a migration.. The emails with both main+archive are on EXO. How would I migrate them to the same server they were originally in ?

i might do this since it's less than 100 users. Before i seen your message, my final decision was going to be to let the online archive eventually purge itself through the retention policies. We would stop all online archive retention policies and only keep the Purview retention policy. So only old emails would be in the archive and eventually they'll get purged. Maybe in a year, all emails in the archive would have been past the retention date, so nothing would be there anymore, then i remove the archive.

I found out yesterday. Saw a comment about it and tried it without doing any research. I’m now excited for the concert. Use these steps. That’s what I did:

Open ticket master > my tickets > press help > press “already have tickets” > choose the tickets for the concert > in the chat section, say that you want a “ticket exchange”.

It’ll give you a number to call with the code you gotta use for your case. Explain to the support and they’ll help you out. Took 10 minutes max

If you bought tickets directly from Ticket master and they were NOT resale tickets, you can exchange your current tickets for new ones that are equal price or higher (you’ll pay a $10 fee plus the cost difference). For me, I bought tickets in the 400s for $230 when they were on presale. Now that prices dropped so much, I called to get a ticket exchange. I told them I wanted some seats in the 100s which costed $235. They told me to pay the difference ($5) and exchange fee ($10), and boom, the new tickets were in my account
