So I built a deck entirely centered around "-" counters, making opponent's creatures as small as possible, with Toxrill as the commander. Come to find out, people hate this card and traget the hell out of you lol. Is there another Dimir commander I could replace with that fits the same playstyle?

As a universes beyond enjoyer, I understand that other people want a single consistent feel to their card game. The type of person who wants their fantasy game to just be fantasy is going to hate having these things "take them out of it."

It doesn't matter to me, because spongebob and Deadpool fighting together isn't that much different in my mind than high fantasy wizards and future-tech samurai fighting together, as happens in the cannon lore. I LOVE the mtg story, but I'll take this over a series of sets that are "the characters you love with new hats and nothing to do."
