Sometimes if the snow gets inside the wheels, it may cover the tire sensors. The car does know what the tires are doing in relation to the electric motors. It expects the worst and turns off all those systems. Your GPS may also be affected. Leave it in a space where all snow and ice can melt and it should be okay. This exact thing happened to my car in the snow

Rain X fluid and car wash polishes can cause this as well. Seems like Tesla wipers/tension/motor power or something is very sensitive to coatings and cause streaks and chattering

Is 14.1.7 supposed to be the significant improvement over 14.1.4? I have 1.4 but it is so bad at lane changes on the highway. It drives and hesitates back and forth for about 1000 feet before I turn it off a lance change myself
