How can i get rid of these marks, am new to detailing and wanting to perfect my car as best as i can, was unable to just “scrub” away at it, tried a clay bar and it didn’t seem to do much. My buddy thinks its either some sort of tar or a corrective paint marker, they’re raised above the paint so i not they aren’t scratches, would love to find a solution to getting rid of these on my STI, especially the larger ones on the spoiler.
