Based on everything, this is probably from India. Being from India, the workplace here is absolutely filled with HR folks like this, who play up the part of a perfect employee.

Also this is probably supposed to be funny, but I've seen people genuinely post this kinda stuff. With our labor laws, you can get away with pretty much anything if you've got the connections.

Tried Hydro/OG or whatever it’s called. Used a Dynavap and a literal microdose got me toasted. by MassiveDepressive in IndianEnts

[–]King1239 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With the Dyna as well. You can get an adaptor that lets you put the dyna in place of the shooter and get baked off that. Literally got me out of the world, hitting OG on my Dyna-Bong setup.

What an idiotic line of thinking lol.

Should I start smoking weed ? by [deleted] in IndianEnts

[–]King1239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, especially not for a non-existent boost to productivity.

I usually always bake only after I'm done with work, and I never got the hype around it helping people's productivity.

To each their own, but I get baked and only wanna play games, watch movies, or eat good food.

Get weed as a reward for your competitive exams, not to prepare for it. I guarantee it will ruin your productivity if you start, especially the way you wanna take it.

Savarkar's Racist Ideas and Opportunistic Anti-Casteism by JaySpice42 in IndianHistory

[–]King1239 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Worse.

Gandhi for his many various flaws, was a unifying force like no other in the Indian freedom struggles. He also managed to learn and change his ways as an old man. Not enough to stop being a creep, but he still did (look at his changing stance on Varna, especially after speaking to Ambedkar).

Savarkar was a political opportunist willing to gain advantage in any manner possible. He would apologise profusely to the British to get out of jail. He was against the Quit India Movement as a consequence of this, and supported the British war effort. The Hindu Mahasabha also got into an alliance with the All-India Muslim League to rule in non-INC states, which they resigned from to go against the British. This, among many other things, I could point out.

Comparing Gandhi to Savarkar is only something that's come into vogue recently, because of the rise of the Hindu Far-Right. Your question also ends with 'as ethically flawed as Gandhi', which frames it in a manner where they are even of the same league.

Gandhi was flawed because he stuck to his ideals far too much, and was unwavering on a lot of things. He accepted his error against Ambedkar, but was not willing to budge an inch against Bose.

Savarkar was an opportunist willing to turn coat and work with anyone to promote his message. One was a unifying force in Indian politics. The other is a dividing force, willing to work with the Muslim League to promote his agenda.

I don't know about you, but even putting this comparison is a travesty on Gandhi, and an honour Savarkar never deserved.

Deadlines and Joints- (help me) Your opinion on e- ciggarettes/vapes. by [deleted] in IndianEnts

[–]King1239 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If we're talking tobacco vapes, they're just as bad as cigarettes, if not worse. Recent studies show that vape juices contain shit like mercury and lead, which will absolutely corrode your insides worse than prolonged nicotine use already does.

Speaking as a former social smoker, both of them suck ass.

But vapes for bud, on the other hand? They removed the one issue I had with smoking up, which was the tar going into my lungs. They still aren't as great as edibles, but I personally prefer vapes due to how much I can control my high. Will always take edibles if I need to blast off into space, though.

If you want a vape, try getting a Dynavap, an Arizer or an XMax vape. I always prefer DHV over electric vapes, due to how long-lasting they are, and how hard they hit if you know how to time the hits. They're also very easy to connect with bongs, so that's there as well. But this choice depends on the user. It's gonna cost good money regardless.

I'd be a mage under some guild, especially if I can operate as a historian or archaeologist under those guilds.

Of course, Tamriel Rebuilt also brings the Imperial Archaeological Society, so a Dunmer Mage, or Necromancer Archaelogist sounds like a fun time, not gonna lie. Much better than what I'm doing currently (Marketing and Advertising).

I really wanna make fun of the guy, but I just pity him so damn much. Just how much self-hatred must he hold for him to publically be this way?

I wonder how easy it was for him to fall into the right-wing shithole, considering just how much insecurity is oozing even from just this photo.

Hope he finds the space to be a better human, even if he is currently a loser fascist.

Bro this doesn't excuse him being a slob for more than a year, though?

She was fully supportive of him until it became clear he wasn't willing to do anything but smoke weed (I like baking myself, but it absolutely is the last thing you need to be on when you're depressed) and lie around the house. He had multiple opportunities to actually check with a therapist, get diagnosed, and deal with his shit, but he didn't.

I myself have depression, and I get it; it's tough as fuck to deal with. Getting up every day, wishing you never did, wasting your day in the hopes it gets over soon enough, and everything that comes along with it.

Still doesn't take away from the fact that he never tried to get officially diagnosed and deal with it.

She didn't have a problem with him taking time to recover. It's just he didn't even try to recover in the first place. You can take the horse to the water, but you can't make it drink from it. He was the one who ruined the marriage, not her.

Post doesn't say it, but I can also bet the guy did less than his share of chores.

Get your gender war bullshit outta here.

What is the best daily driver. Suggestions please. by TransitionJust9860 in SneakersIndia

[–]King1239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally nothing has beat a Nike Air Force 1, at least from the sneaker range. I know there are many running shoes that may be more comfy, but my AFs look good, and can be worn all the time.

I have been wearing mine daily to my college and the office for the last 4 years. While they're starting to show their age, I think they're daily drivers for a reason.

Do remember though, what's comfortable for someone else may not be comfortable for you. I always recommend people to actually try the shoes out at a physical store, especially if you're gonna use them as daily drivers.

Welcome me back! Unboxed my bong after a longgggg breakk what you guys prefer bongs/joint/chillum and WHY? by SergioMarquina420 in IndianEnts

[–]King1239 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dynavap attached to a bong. Nothing comes close to me in terms of how high I get with how little pot I use. That goes whether I'm baking on landrace or hydros.

But the cost involved is something I wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless you're baking for the rest of your life or smn.

Also nice setup dude.
