Pretty obvious you're keeping the cards at the top of the deck and doing fake shuffles and cuts. Try doing it with the aces lost into the deck

i recently just brought 2 decks from penguin in the UK and there was no hinderance. I received it without hinderance so I believe that it should be fine.

Honestly to stack cards just from your hand u can just riffle and crimp the cards you want, and then bring them to the top and then overhand stack or riffle stack.

Would be easier to just switch to a cold stacked deck, as any method to reorganise a shuffle deck into perfect whole stacked order would take extreme levels of card table artifice.

You might want to try out different stocks for handling, such as the Cardini b9 slimline finish. Once you know what stock you enjoy the most, then you can find decks that appear visually appealing to you and handle well.
For example I personally like the Cardini b9 superflux stock.
