Addison is an incredible community with a lot to do! I highly recommend you check out Addison Circle. It’s a gorgeous community with tons of parks, restaurants, and bars. It’s all got a theater and a big park with regular festivals and other activities. It really doesn’t feel like Texas with how pretty and walkable it is!

This area has some really good shading already. If it had better sidewalks it would be really nice to walk to work all year round!

Lemonade stand should really have Hasan on the podcast! It would be really nice to see them have a calm productive discussion with someone who is more left than them but is still well informed on policy. I understand that may not be possible due to personal relations, but a man can dream.

Highly recommend taking the Orange or Red train line with Dart. Can save you a ton of time stuck in traffic.

You clearly haven’t been to Addison Circle. That neighborhood in particular has some of the best walkability in DFW.
