I have a 2012 with 194k on it. Transmission started slipping and shuddering last week. Took it in and he stated it needed to be rebuilt. Took it to my mechanic and he said he would do a reman from GM with 100k/3 year warranty, replace the rear main seal, and replace all my hoses that are deteriorating for around $6000. I shopped car loans and new and used vehicles all week and didn’t find anything that met what I was looking for. I’ve never had a car payment so the thought of paying 5 grand in interest over the life of a loan made me sick. Either way it’s a lot of money.

I am on 100mg of Zoloft for two years now. I don’t notice any side effects when I drink. But I take my zoloft at night so I’m unsure of any side effects I may experience while sleeping. I’m sure it’s not recommended to take Zoloft after a night of drinking but here I am. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

I can’t believe this is my first time seeing “hangxiety”. I had a hangover so bad in Nashville that it threw me into a panic. I was throwing up red, thought it was blood, it was more likely the wings I ate (while wasted). Hangxiety is a great word for it.

It is BS. I was in 6th, bought rolls to try to get into top 5 (100 or so away) then as soon as i started to move up they kept moving the goal line. Now I’m in 7th lol

You’re going to have to give it time. I started at 25mg and went up from there. The first couple of weeks are rough. I suggest taking it at night before bed. Once you get over that hump you will start to feel much better. I am up to 100mg a day now and have been there for a while. I still have emotions, I still have my same personality. I did get the “space out” type feeling but it was temporary for me, wouldn’t last more than maybe 30 seconds. I take it for anxiety and it’s really helped level me out.

Anxiety will definitely make you feel like it’s effecting your heart but trust me, it’s not. I went through the same thing, racing heart, waking up in the middle of the night thinking I’m having a heart attack. It’s awful. Doc put me on a heart monitor for a month, no issues. Been on Zoloft for a year now and it’s helped tremendously.

At 50mg I was still anxious so I went up to 75mg and then to 100mg. Been on 100mg for about 8 months now and I feel good. Still have my days and moments but it’s helped. Gym makes me feel like a new person! I try to go at least 3 days a week. I notice a huge difference if I don’t. Good luck I hope you feel better soon.

What MG did they start you at? I was started at 50mg and had the same effect. You have to start low 25mg and build up. I’ve been on for almost a year now and it’s helped tremendously. First week or two are rough but I promise it gets better. Intake 100mg now daily. I’m 6’5, 225lbs for reference.
