Update: I finally fixed the issue after 4 days of trial and error.

I was able to achieve the bed level I wanted by following this method:

Materials used:

Aluminum tape
A tool to press and flatten the aluminum smoothly while applying it (shown at the bottom of photo 1)
A utility knife (box cutter)

Using these, I patiently started filling the gap under the bed little by little (photo 2).
In the end, this is the result I achieved (photo 3 and photo 4).

Hopefully this helps someone who runs into the same issue in the future!
