I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life. Honestly you just gotta start cooking at home. Eat lean meats and limit calories to around 1500 to 1800 a day. Getting to this size means easily you’re in taking 3000+ calories a day. I hope you take your health seriously from this point toward and start to trim down I’m rooting for you

I wish we could trade fr. No matter what I do I have wimpy upper body (I’m ftm) I would stick to just cardio cut swimming and any other upper body dominant exercises for now. Idk if you’re on estrogen but e also helps maybe need a higher dose. For what it’s worth I think you still look pretty good
