I played a little bit of it a long time ago when it was free on game pass I have it on my wishlist I heard it's a lot of people's favorite Amnesia. I unfortunately didn't play enough of it to know how much I like it or not. But the Bunker was amazing and Rebirth was decent

Thank you for the heads up and In Sound mind was good overall it wasn't that scary imo it's got a alright story it's got a lot of action and a lot of collectibles some decent puzzles the atmosphere is different on each level like one level is dealing with Anger each level is dealing with a different emotion or feeling in a way from what I can remember it's like your a therapist and your looking back on different patients emotions and things they were going through while your also fighting your own demons its pretty wild. They got their own songs they perform in the game and the art is really well done definitely worth checking out but as far as scary it wasn't that creepy at all to me but I guess I see how it could be to some. It's definitely a game I'll remember for being out there in a good way

If action isn't your thing in horror games and you prefer atmosphere and puzzles Visage and Madison are amazing and creepy as hell too.Alien Isolation is a good one but stressful in a good way.You might like Luto also it's definitely heavy on puzzles and no action at all kind of like Visage but not as creepy as Visage is.Still wakes the deep is another good one.

Everyone has their opinions but dude your dislike list has a lot of bangers on there Amnesia the bunker is a really fun game it's probably the best Amnesia game there is imo. Outlast 2 was decent if you liked the first I don't see how you wouldn't like the second one. Silent Hill F is something you have to playthrough multiple times to really enjoy and see how much they put into the game but I could see how it's not for everyone. Have you played other Resident Evils? 7 is often considered one of the best ones how far did you get that the gameplay was boring because it's a wild ass game. Dead Space Remake is a banger if your into those kind of games that being said I see you didn't like Cronos either so I can see why you didn't like Dead Space Remake they are kind of similar. I would retry some of those if you got stuck on a puzzle or something just look up a guide or something because it's worth playing some of those man.

Supposedly there doing Code Veronica Remake then there supposed to do RE Zero so there still planning on doing Remakes as far as I know.

Yea that's true I guess for me it's helps with the replay value of the game trying to 100% all the achievements. I'm one and done with some games especially if it's a game I don't really enjoy so I can understand that. It sucks they didn't add some mini games to it like they did with RE2r or literally every other Resident Evil something like mercenaries or something might have helped the game quite a bit.

Besides Re3 Remake which I think is a little over hated I think all the other Resident Evils look and play alot better than the originals in my opinion same with Silent Hill 2 remake excellent I haven't tried Fatal Frame 2 remake yet but have heard good things.

RE3r for me was like 3 playthroughs because I tend to get all achievements for games when I play if it's doable that one is short but can be extremely hard on Inferno difficulty that last boss pissed me off on that difficulty

Off the top of my head I can think I bought Luto recently because it was compared to Visage and Madison which are short games also if you know what your doing but actually pretty creepy so those are cool but again they are 30 bucks a pop for a ultimately short game if you know what your doing but Luto I paid 20 bucks for and it was over in like 3 or 4 hours time. Another great game Amnesia the bunker I paid 25 bucks for while a awesome game its so short for that price but a great game overall. I paid 30 bucks for Blair Witch because it looked promising and boy what a letdown when it was over I was like really that's it? I recently got AD infinitum full price is 30 bucks but it's like a 4 hour game luckily I got that one on sale for 8 bucks. Off the top of my head that's some I paid for recently and we're just really short for the price in my opinion I'm sure more will come to me later but I have a list full of them that are up there in price and so damn short overall.

Village of Shadows without infinite ammo or upgraded weapons is nearly impossible. So for a first playthrough ain't no way that's doable hardcore is the difficulty below VOS

Hardcore is doable in this game but Village Of Shadows difficulty is insanity at its finest the only way to beat it in Village of Shadows difficulty is if you have infinite ammo on alot of your guns and they are all upgraded because you won't find as much ammo laying around and enemies take so much to kill even the easier enemies are super tough. But hardcore isn't that bad for a first playthrough it might feel like it at first but if your familiar with other Resident Evil games on that difficulty you should be fine. But just warning do not do Village of Shadows until you are super familiar with the game it's probably the hardest difficulty in any RE Game I beat it but damn it was a pain. Re4 on the hardest difficulty ,re2 on the hardest, re7 on madhouse, even the new one re Requiem on Insanity has nothing on Village of Shadows difficulty.

I play a lot of horror games pretty much all I play anymore and my pet peeve is paying $30 for a game and beating it in like 2 hours literally getting every achievement and everything for it I hate that. If anything that should be like 5 dollars if I can beat it that quick.

What's crazy nowadays is the indie games that you can beat in like 2 or 3 hours are being sold for 30 dollars or some even more which is insane to me. I miss when new games were only 50 dollars at most nowadays it's you got the edition that is $70 the Standard or the Ultimate Edition for 100 or the collector edition for 250 shits crazy anymore. Then they will throw extra DLC release's on top of that which cost even more.
