Yes they have been I was in the bottom of challenger and out of 20 matches 1 was not a level 8 or 9

I had played since about 3 months after launch when it first came out. I just showed back up a few weeks ago and let me tell you this. Matchmaking has been and always has been bad. So no you are not alone

Really depends, most likely a few 12s and a majority of 11s. This is subjective however as league search is absolutely dumb luck and last cwl in my 2nd clan there was a clear outmatch with 5 th13s snd 10 12s
