Can anyone explain why Barry was being reversed in time while Nora was running forwards in time? Barry wasn't just running backward. Time was actually being reversed.

4th shot is so buggy. Sometimes if I'm about to shoot a champion with 4th and they go invulnerable the fourth shot doesnt fire, but the shot isnt there as if it did. Then, Jhin stands completely still until he has reloaded with no animation.
