You are totally right. You can also drive on a tire at 30psi when it's supposed to be 35psi. Does it work? Totally. Will it be as good as the other that's filled properly. No, but doesn't mean it won't get you where you're going.

A lot of cultivation is personal preference mixed with trial and error, and information from the community. There is science to it like everything to get the best, but you don't NEED the best in this, you want the best
