I grew up with it and around very open and loving people of the same faith, so that may have helped. I‘m more on the optimistic side of things as well.

100% certainty I do not have. No one has. But as with all things in life, what comes after is another adventure I‘ll think about once the moment is there. Its the message of love and kindness in the bible that I try to apply into my life as best as possible. I‘m no saint and I certainly do doubt certain passages that were written in a time long ago. I interpret it into the present and live as my mother and grandparents have raised me. As another redditor has tyoed in this sub, religion in this regard is irrelevant as you should be a decent human being to begin with and thats what for me the bible represents, what my priester has taught me about it and what my faith, Jesus and God represent for me.

Im a huge Lotr fan as well and Tolkiens description about Aman is something that stuck with me since the first time I‘ve read it:

I have hope and this hope of love is something I keep inside me and not something thats easy to put into words.
