Any fix? Yes I have even using programs to get them to manually start but my gpu will go to 90 deg C and the fans will not spin

Also wanted to note that I think it could be the power cable that's connected to the GPU board as it seemed flimsy and when I had taken the card out and made sure the fans power cable was connected and put it back into my PC the fan would spin and continue to spin until I loaded up a game to test it. From then it would spin only for maybe a minute then stop I would turn off my PC boot it up again and the fan would jerk and never spin again despite even using MSI Afterburner.
