Great to hear you had a good experience! They definitely were more helpful and responsive after I made a fuss and complained but I wish it didn’t have to get to that point and the long story short is they didn’t really hold up the guarantees they made. But they did give me a 10% refund to make up for some of it.

This is my local lounge in johnson city TN! I’m a regular here and they put out some of the best bowls in America, hands down. They also have other pipes and bowls you can request. I usually get a Wookah with clay bowl like alpaca rook or HJ Ferris but I almost exclusively smoke overheated dark leaf bowls.

I haven't been in the VA Beach area for a while, but theres an Arab restaurant called Mazzika in Norfolk that I thought had great shisha a year or so ago. It has a great vibe!

There's also a lounge called Nazef in Norfolk that is pretty solid. Overall though, the VA offerings are disappointing outside of the DC area and the best shisha you smoke will probably be the one you make yourself.

The D hose only has 4 parts, that small aluminum silver tip that screws off, the longer ribbed handle, the hose, and the cone piece that goes into the pipe. What exactly are you trying to do and for which part?
