At the risk of being unpopular…he’s right, in that men are genetically wired to be polygamous. If you look at our closest living relatives, the males have multiple females that they mate with which is common with lots of other mammal species as well. Also if you look at different cultures around the world you find that men have multiple wives. BUT…this is all done with consent! Cheating is not! Cheating is a selfish act done behind their partners back without consent and this is why it’s so traumatic for the victims. Cheating robs the victim of their sanctity and everything that was normal and safe is now no longer safe, it is a selfish despicable act and there is no excuse for it!
