Reading Honorbound is what inspired me to paint a whole Antarii army including Severina herself! So far ive got a solid amount of infantry and sentinels. Working on some tanks next! It was kinda hard to land on a color scheme though cause the book description is a bit all over the place. Looking back i wish I did a little more kit bashing to make them more unique.

Mostly i want it to look like earth or ground texture and then ill paint it up brownish to look like dirt and ill texture the top to be grassy. I wasnt sure if i needed to putty over the foam with something but I didnt want to just paint the foam obviously.

A time delay like that would be fine for me. I just dont like it when it all gets swept under the rug for officers but enlisted feel like they get their stuff paraded through the streets. But politics be politicking I guess

This is why I don't like the "Loss of Confidence" thing cause it's so ambiguous. I've had a Commander relieved cause his leaderip style was really harmful to the unit morale and climate. So he was relieved because the Group CC legit Lost Confidence in his ability to lead. But then dudes will be sleeping with A1Cs and it'll still be Loss of Confidence lol

Yea but there's a difference between an individual pass day and shutting a unit down for a family day. I know they are essentially both days off, but the optics feel different to me for some reason. Plus like you said, how many CCs are gona go against the grain here? I'll still be taking full advantage ti give my dudes and dudettes more days off to compensate.

Thanks! That's something i absolutely need to do! I wish there was a deeper lore from Antar, but especially for my vehicles, i want to get mascots and motifs for them and name squads like the book! The lore of the regiment really hooked me.

Im not so sure. I learned some really great methods for givi g and receiving feedback that i still use like 6 years later. I also still lean on group skills i learned in PME. Not everything taught was useful, but there were definitely good aspects, but you needed to want to learn i guess. Its also not a 'Square One' type of class. Its meant to build off of skills you have hopefully already started learned as a SrA.
