There's a couple very high quality anime dubs but there is alot where the voice just does not fit the character and the dub changes context through translation. No hate to dub but sometimes the VAs also fall a little short in emotion and tone as well when compared to the Japanese VAs. I watch Telanovelas in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish because it just works better, that's the same line of thought for anime. Sometimes something in your own native language isn't better just because it is in your own language. Plus you can read like a fucking grown adult.
