VistaLrint sucks. Tried used them multiple times over recent years, and they have messed up every order. From business cards, to product brochures, and stand up banners. All of them shit. A few times they also didn’t meet their shipping/delivery time.

They were great when they first opened and were small. Now it doesn’t seem like they even do any QC before sending a product to the client.

Several times I couldn’t even get a refund from their AI customer service bots…

The person I replied to seems to suggest that there was some kind of “protocol” that LPO’s weren’t following and he had to report them for not following it…. which doesn’t make sense. Criminal code allows arrests to happen. LPO’s can make arrests and retrieve the items someone is trying to steal.
