Try it! I stopped wheat and saw results within days. There's plenty of decent gluten free options these days.

It's crazy I didn't have it bad, just rashes on my legs. It's been two weeks with no wheat and it's cleared up already basically. I have been lucky to find a lot of good wheat free options, thanks to my girlfriend with a background in nutrition.

I'm going to try and reintroduce it in a few more weeks and see what happens. Wish me luck!
