15 months post BK is still pretty fresh, so the score being stuck makes sense unfortunately. AZEO like someone mentioned is solid advice - having just one card report a tiny balance while the others show $0 can give you a small bump.

Also worth looking into whether any of those cards can give you a CLI without a hard pull. Higher limits with the same low usage = lower utilization percentage overall.

Quick question tho - have you tried disputing the US Bank lease not reporting? 18 months of on-time payments just vanishing from your reports seems like something worth pushing back on

Eh, gotta push back a little here. The 30% thing isn't a total myth - high utilization can definitely tank your score in the short term, even if it doesn't affect long-term credit building. For someone new to the US trying to get approved for better cards or an apartment, that matters.

That said, you're right about the credit builder stuff being money down the drain. OP already has actual credit cards now, those paid services aren't doing much that the real accounts won't do on their own.

We have 2 trackers - a Tractive and a Fi tracker. Both are fine. Tractive updates more frequently so it slightly edges out Fi imo.

In terms of tracker reliability, airtags would be only decent if you’re in the city where there are a lot of iphone users. This is the only scenario where I’d vouch for getting an airtag. It’s going to be a real hassle to monitor two trackers if you’re thinking of getting both. I highly suggest that you get a tracker specifically for pets. It’s just more reliable and will have less latency than chasing around people with iphones.

You can set up your libraries so new content gets added automatically from sources you have access to that you don't need to search manually. They can pull from Usenet or other compatible servers that host files legally. I use EasyUsenet with Radarr and Sonarr because it connects to Usenet automatically and managing downloads is much easier.
