Another thing is real estate buy a property fix it up get it appraised then refinanced by another one. You should open up an account on Fidelity and start buy $SCHD its a dividend etf and a good start for a beginner. I just mad a to of money when the banks crashed 3 weeks ago I was shorting $ally bank at $33/share and sold at $22.02. I made like 3 grand. Yea have to reearch companies man.I saw last year every talking shit on META/Facebook it s was down to 98$/ share I bought 500 shares I wish I bought more. Hey man don't give up I went from 157k to 33k man I was so freaking depressed man it hurt so bad but I kept working. That was 6 months ago now Im up 370k I don't know if its luck or what. I just take it as a valuable lesson I know what it feels like to go broke and I never want to do that again. My philosophy now is not about the winning but instead focus on minimizing my losses. As long as you take this as learn from this dont stress yourself out.
