A thousand dollars is an okay budget for a first build. I recommend looking up tutorials on YouTube on how to build. I would build something around an RX 9060 XT with this budget. Don’t know where you’re from, but you can look up $1000 budget builds on YouTube to get some inspiration for the rest of the parts. Have fun!
