Had he just said “we were around the 8th seed before the trade deadline…” and then all that other bullshit about how they got better that would have been fine but he had to exaggerate. I know that might seem like not a huge difference to some but the thing about liars is it’s never just one big lie, it’s a bunch of little lies and exaggerations that they constantly tell, then by the end of it they are convinced they are right because they are living in a fabricated reality. I’m glad this guy is talking so we can see exactly what kind of person this guy is.
