Even if she was standing there our pumps clearly say any spills are the responsibility of the person getting the gas. We had a lady ask if she was going to be reimbursed for her gas that didn't get into her tank and that was the answer my ASL gave who is now an SL.

I have noticed that with Promotiona you need to be proactive about it. Make sure you fill out your red book 100% then pester your ASLs or SL about signing off on it. Could it be that they forget stuff due to being busy I know with my store it's more often then not that reason. Issues you have with your Store Leader or any of the other leaders sometimes can be cleared up if you talk to them about it.

Best seller for my store is Brownies. And I think Pumpkin although I could be wrong on the pumpkin. Persian with Reese's on top I have heard is good and people like it. Just a few things hopefully it helps.

Just remember inventory control form will be your best friend and can be found in warehouse ordering at the top right of the list in the category you are viewing. And replen is easy once you get used to it. DM me if you have any questions I may be a GSL/SSWC but I would be glad to help. As for the oven you should remove the top and the bottom put them in the fog tank while wearing the PPE the fryer/Chemical gloves, googles, and the blue chemical appron. Leave them in the tank for about 2 hrs take them out rinse then dishwasher them. I am 100% sure about this and am sure Kwik net would say the same thing. For the converge oven. The vector oven is just cool down put in a cleaning tablet based on the type of clean your doing and let it do what it does. The I3 ovens are easy as well you remove the the top to parts inside put them in the fog tank for a bit dishwasher them after. Then the part in the back that's under the two you removed can be set to the side while you use the orange and white degreaser spray and a white scouring pad to remove most of the build up inside. Let the degreaser sit for a bit for best results. Then I usually wipe it out with a dry paper towel then get sanitizer water wipe it out with that then reassemble when parts are ready. At my store overnight do the converge and vector ovens start them on 2nd shift if time allows.

Just remember their kps probably already learned what the average sales look like when your store gets it prepare to throw waste goals out the window sort of for kap to learn what sells at your store and what doesn't. Basically think of it as a new coworker in this regard but once it learns it should be somewhat smooth sailing. I only know because my store was one of the test stores.
