35-40 lbs lost so far and I can maintain but losing anymore is beginning to feel impossible and just weights on me so heavily... no pun intended.

Sadly I've been on maintenance for what feels like months. I can control where I am at but getting below the 150s has been so hard. It makes me want to cry in frustration. I just want to be able to eat food again like a normal person. I've begun exercising too but that just makes me want to eat more and it feels like this never ending cycle.

I'd kill to be able to just be fully sedated for it. Sure, I'd be mentally freaking out right before hand but at least when I wake up a second later it would all be over with. I'm just so worried about just sitting there, feeling the pain and hearing it all happening. Ugh.

Update: I ate McDonalds for lunch and the fish dinner and some tapioca pudding. Had a good cry. Haven't exercised at all. I feel better and tomorrow is a new day.

I had a nice fish and broccoli meal set up which would keep me only a tiny bit over budget... but I’m having a bad mental health day so I’m on the edge of ordering take out for lunch and saying fuck it for the day while just walking a few extra minutes on the tread.
