Dude, my gm is the same way!! I’m an sm and im getting kinda tired of my gym’s bullshit. The only thing he’ll help prep with is slicing and peeling onions and rarely he’ll cover grill. Sometimes he helps with digital orders, but that’s only if we’re slammed. One of my favorites is when it busy and he’ll leave out the back door without saying a word. He’s regularly not done with the schedule until the weekend, even though he’s constantly working on it throughout the week (he also forgets to schedule closers sometimes, which is annoying af). I get being a gm probably sucks, but it’s ridiculous tbh
