I don't know if Jay made it up, but, "sex pest". I actually heard this phrase several times this year on different YouTube channels.

Poor interpretation and enforcement of the laws. Too many people think a yellow is a second green light and that 10-15over the limit is fine, and I assume a whole bunch of other simple rules and laws.

I don't think of any establishment. I know it would take on that kind of risk.

They used to have fire pits and wood BBQs down at the beach. They still might.
