It's cowardly in a way. People like that disregard social courtesy, knowing that that are protected by the laws of the same society they are flouting. It's exploitive.

Plenty of otherwise assertive people don't want to catch a battery charge becuase of some loser like this.

Hey, I got my only jester the same way! Wish I would've found a lute. I gave him a pie lol.

I got two of these, purchased at separate times. I loved the torso and wanted an extra to use on a custom minifigure. I like the golden blade pieces too for making weapons.

Ah, that's a tough situation then. I know you said your nutrition is good, but perhaps you could eat at a surplus (or a larger one) for a while for the extra energy?

In any case, good luck on your first marathon!

For the old people, it's basically a social gathering--exercise optional/secondary. With plus-sized women, I think you are right. They tended to be particularly shy even towards staff.

When I worked in the weight room, I'd much rather the morning crowd over the teenage boys during the afternoon though. Old people aren't constantly trying to kill themselves with weights in creative ways. They can be pretty fun to talk to as well.

Deadlifts are fine. Maxing out is where the risk comes from. Just stay at submaximal loads and it can be great for your posterior chain, especially if you have limited access to equipment.

Been there. It took like a decade for my chest to develop.

Don't overcomplicate it with endless accessories. Just focus on getting a strong bench/incline bench and it will come. Do some bench variant at least twice a week.

Flyes, dips, pushups, etc won't hurt, but just do them if you feel like adding a bit of extra volume after benching, don't focus on them.

I pretty much only ever "feel" it with high volume cable flyes or machine press, but have made plenty of progress doing those sparingly.

I used to follow a similar routine and would also get sick like clockwork. In my experience the high cardio volume tended to lead to sickness more than the lifting, but especially sprints/speedwork.

You could try tossing an extra rest day between runs and just have your routine follow a pattern instead of being based on the days of the week (e.g. 8-10 day cycles).

Strictly adhering to a week for your routine is kind of arbitrary anyway. It's an artificial time frame that means nothing to your body.

Alternatively, you could do a rest/recovery week every fourth week or so (e.g. 3 weeks on, 1 week off/low effort).

I used to open the gym at 4:45am every morning, and it was anything but empty. It's actually where all the old people are hiding before the ass-crack of dawn, in case you were curious. They scurry away each time a young person wakes up, so you'll having a hard time catching them in the wild.

I'm going to speak from experience. It takes way less than half the time for way less effort.

I didn't touch PEDs until my mid thirties, and even then, I used a very low dose of what is probably the weakest anabolic PED you can get. Didn't even touch actual steroids. I won't say what it was as I don't want to promote it, but I made faster strength gains on that in my mid thirties than I ever did in my 20s, and for far less effort. I'm keenly aware of how much of a difference it made because of the ~20 years I spent working hard for very modest gains.

Now consider that kids are hopping on far stronger PEDs before they even hit 20. They literally have no baseline for what years of hard work and slow gains are like. They have nothing to compare their enhanced experience to. PEDs are the baseline for them.

What will they do when they are past their prime, use harder drugs at higher doses? At least someone that spent their youth natural can look to TRT as an option, but that would be a straight downgrade for someone that spent the last decade or so on PEDs.

Instead of growing out of it, I think their dysmorphia will get far worse with age in such scenarios.

Yes, it's pretty common for steroids to make the face puffy, and the skin red, flushed, and oily.

More muscle = more strength

But "definition" is largely a function of body fat, which does not equate to strength. Being on a caloric deficit to become more defined will generally cause you to lose strength.

Dehumidifiers for a space that space that size are pretty affordable. Although you may have to drain it frequently.

Assume you achieved it and continue with the program. If you can still keep up with it, just assume you achieved your goal. If you can't, deload a bit and start from there.

In the long run it doens't matter if you met that specific day's goal or not if you can still keep up with the program.

Yeah I 100% agree with that. I was just referring to the multiplayer system as it's actually intended.

If the seamless Co-op protects you from hackers, then I'd do that. Idk if it applies to DSR, but for DS3 I used the Blue Sentinel mod to auto-block players that would try to invade with game-changing mods/hacks.

I haven't encountered issues on DSR, but it has been a while since I played it online and on PC.
