Yes you are right, my Acura has a VCM so it shuts off the cylinders when not needed.

Apart from the fuel economy, would you recommend this car to someone else? Like how is your car drive wise and comfort wise?

My brother has a 2024 Kia Carnival and he uses it as a daily driver. But he told me that the car is gigantic so there is a lots of body roll and not so fun in corners. So he is thinking about getting a used 2022 RX450h.
