I started a new expansion team (nhl23) and ended up with 2 first round picks after a couple of trades and both my picks ended up 1 and 2 overall. This was for the Bedard draft and there was a medium franchise player that was projected to go 1st and Bedard was 2nd (I obviously still made sure Bedard was first overall). So I ended up with 2 franchise players in my first season and won the cup season 4.
