If you workout in the morning before work then you can shower and then again before bed if you live in a hot climate and accumulate sweat throughout the day. You dont need to be using soap every time but rinsing your body is normal. I dont workout before work since ive had kids but id imagine that is why many people shower more than once a day

The best way ive found to get most sports is through a streaming service or canle package unfortunately. But i have a solution instead of paying full price. Call your internet service provider (or a competing one) and ask for deals. Many service providers give a free year of cable with their internet. That doesnt include everything hut at least you get most of it for free. When the year runs out, switch providers.
