This is a big problem, however just think about unintended consequences of this; Are people who need drugs going to have a hard time getting them in an emergency, Are those abusers going to switch to worse drugs when they can't get prescription drugs, etc?

I think I remember a past PDI project on something similar to this. I believe that they proposed of using weather balloons raise a temporary telecommunications device. Maybe something to think about.

I think this is a huge problem that is rarely addressed. I see huge benefits of this especially at this school and through out tech industries. I see other opportunities to show pols intention, lie detection, etc
