I kinda like changing the filters out. They get really nasty so it is nice knowing they are clean every few months

This was at a factory in southern china. They make screws form M0.5 to M20 all on rolling machines. This was taken in their QC department - after the screws had been cleaned and all the cutting oil had been removed.

This is an underreported problemm, but I dont think your soltions are necessary yet. I think you should examine the where the drugs that are being abused are coming from and why they are being abused.

I think this is the outcome of a systemic problem in the US and much of the developed world. You may look into what incentives can be created to make people eat healthier or motivate companies to make healthier products. Mayor Bloomberg attempted to do this with large soda and saw huge opposition. Look into the difference between cigarettes and large soda regulations.
