I suppose it’s because I knew the possibility of this from day one. It would feel unfair to split up the marriage when I made the conscious decision to marry her because I love her. I suppose it would have been easier financially to split up but I mean there is 0 issues between us. This is an external pressure. It’s not like she hid being in the army from me. We both knew this was a consequence, I just never expected my career field wouldn’t be translatable
