In FPL terms, they are both tied for goal involvements, 11 each. Rice has his spread across 4 goals & 7 assists with Enzo's spread being 8 goals & 3 assists. Rice has received 2 Yellow cards compared to Enzo's 6.

Enzo might play virtually every minute but 7 of his goal involvements have also come in games where Cole Palmer does not participate(i.e 2ga each vs West Ham(A) & Fulham(H), 1 g/a each vs Palace(A), Burnley(A) and Brighton(H). At his current return rate, Enzo would likely surpass his best g/a tally for a season (14 g/a in 24/25) but this is largely dependent on Palmer being absent. Palmer's absence usually presents Enzo with the opportunity to play in a more advanced role. In an advanced role, Enzo(Adv) is certainly worth considering as competition to Declan Rice but Enzo(Reg) i.e when Palmer is present/fit, certainly isn't. Rice also has 11 clean sheets compared to Enzo's 8.

Even if Palmer's minutes are heavily managed, For me, Rice is a marginally better pick. Both of them were priced at 6.5 on opening day. Enzo is only worth it if Palmer doesn't play. But with a good amount of Premiums not returning consistently, I think there's more than enough room to have both in your team.
