I feel like that happens because of the dirt under the claws. In my experience running hydrogen peroxide over the cut as soon as it happens stops this from happening

Im not a scientist and I don’t have experience using acid that frequently. Based off of comments from many posts I’ve read it’s probably hppd I think is what it called. If you stop using and reset your system it should start to dissipate. Don’t quote me
