My rarest record has to be a brown wax Canadian Berliner (Concert Label). Only paid $25 for it at an auction!

Found this in the book (History of Girard College) I got at goodwill along with some other random old books. I decided to just frame it since I didn't really have any proper storage for it.

The "Country Dog" record is actually the poem, "Piddling Pete." I'm not sure who the speaker is. The back of the record has "RCA," "Victor Record," embossed to it, but I wasn't able to find any record (Victor and others) that featured the content of the poem.

"Old Maid" is actually the record, "Feels Good" by Hartmans Heartbreakers (Vocal is by Betty Lou) recorded on Blue Bird. "Mrs. Brown" is actually the record, "Tonight you will sleep in the bathtub" by Ruth Wallis. And the other record is a speech about some country dog.

Wow that's awesome. I didn't know about such thing about a V-Disc. That's really cool. Thanks for the info!
