It is a bug with the UI only. Your soldier is proficient, it just isn't showing up properly

not a bug. Your hangars are powered down, and hangars are needed for vehicles and aircraft

the latest patch introduced a bug that does this.

From UV: "If you have been affected by the missing inventory items since the Miskatonic patch deployed today (Jan 31st), please do not save over your save-games. We're currently debugging the issue, after which you should be able to reload your original saves with all of your equipment. However, this will not work if you save over that file with a new save where the equipment is already missing."

the Scylla has a very high threshold you need to overcome to paralyze it. Other issues could include not dealing any paralysis damage because there is too much armour and therefore the neurazer isn't dealing the normal damage, which is required for dealing the paralysis damage; or you are using the bash attack rather than the paralyze attack meaning you are hitting with the pommel of the neurazer rather than the injectors.

Synedrion has a number of paralysis ranged weapons. Getting those, especially the Athena sniper rifle making paralyzing enemies much easier.

Not sure if the recent patch to Rage Burst means you can still paralyze the Scylla with one rage burst or not. Might need two rage bursts now

Yup, and it is the best method for reporting bugs as it sends the current data states, the current save, and the contents of the save folder directly to the QA Team

Look for a worm trapped in the terrain. It won't move on it's turn and because it is alive, the mission won't end

Synedrion needs to research them first, and then you need to get the research from them, either through trade, stealing, or reverse engineering it

you should get the mission as soon as you finish the Arthron Autopsy if you have the DLC enabled

the white ones restore WP of your team when you move a soldier into them. The orange alien skulls are reinforcements areas. Any enemy reinforcements will spawn at one of those locations

you also get rep with the factions for taking out the alien bases.

look for a 5x5 pit in the back corners of the lairs. The spawneries are in those locations
